  1. Preheat oven to 165 C and place rack in center of oven , butter an 20cm square baking pan and line the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a stainless steel bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water . Remove from heat and whisk in the sugar . Next stir in the vanila paste , Whisk in the eggs one at the time , finally stir in the flour, chocolate powder, salt
  3. Pour into the prepared pan and baked for above 35 – 40 minutes , or until the skewer inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs clinging to it
  4. Removed from oven and let cool on a wire rack , then cover and placed in the refrigerator overnight , served at room temperature or chilled , these freeze very well
